 ACCOUNTING: Over 10 years of diverse experiences in manufacturing environments. Responsibilities included the costing, compiling, and verification of accuracy in a standard cost system. Prepared profit and loss statements by product line.  Prepared budget projections for new products. Prepared monthly analyses of account balances and reconciliation.  In over 8 years in a regulated environment, successfully prepared cost studies and documentation for DPUC audits.  Initiated P&Ls for SBUs using activity-based costing.

FINANCE: Prepared long term capital budget requirements using discounted cash flow and net present value techniques. Advised senior management on prioritizing purchases and implementation. Prepared payback analyses.  Used Cost Benefit Analysis (Return on Investment) in  Business Case Development for the acceptance, monitoring and measuring of IT and business project accounting

 

SYSTEMS: Determined user requirements for a variety of business systems in both regulated and unregulated environments over different platforms and operating systems.  Performed workflow analyses and re engineering that strengthened controls and enhanced data integrity.  Project managed PC LAN, middleware and mainframe systems through complete product and project life cycle (SDLC)
